Through integration and collaboration, we are building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThe HR Business Partner supports the People Partnering Lead by providing end-to-end operational HR advice and services, including the delivery and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes.

The role will be expected to take autonomous accountability for a service or set of services or regions in delivering these services.The HR Business Partner works in partnership with managers and employees within the assigned service to understand operational aspects and HR needs, supporting the achievement of service goals and operational requirements, such as culture and performance development.Our passionate and highly skilled HR team offers support for approximately 1000 staff working within the South Canterbury district.

We are known for being strongly service-oriented, well-connected to the business, and providing friendly and professional HR support.
