The role will be expected to take autonomous accountability for a service or set of services or regions in delivering these services.The HR Business Partner works in partnership with managers and employees within the assigned service to understand operational aspects and HR needs, supporting the achievement of service goals and operational requirements, such as culture and performance development.Our passionate and highly skilled HR team offers support for approximately 1000 staff working within the South Canterbury district.
We are known for being strongly service-oriented, well-connected to the business, and providing friendly and professional HR support.
