About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference for the frontline.
We have big goals at Synlait and to achieve them, we need our people to be confident, capable, and well-trained so they're equipped to perform.
Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you will play an instrumental part in working across our operational, quality, safety, and technical teams to design and deliver training that makes a difference.
Focusing first on "getting the basics right", the first twelve months of this role will look like getting in amongst our operations to create training plans, competency frameworks, and assessment criteria to improve SOP adherence, minimise errors, meet audit requirements, and lift overall competency and performance of our people.
Operational stability is our goal and so you need to be willing to get your high-vis and steel caps on, roll your sleeves up, and learn the ins and outs of what our people do every day.
We're reshaping learning across all facets of our business from quality, to health & safety, to people, to operations so it's an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working across an entire business.
Sick of the daily commute to the centre city?
Based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Dunsandel you'll be in a modern workspace with parking and easy access.
If that sounds like your kind of morning, we'd love to hear from you!
