You can learn more about our current and completed developments on our website.The RoleWe are seeking a Finance Assistant – Accounts Payable to join our finance team on a six-month fixed-term contract, covering while the current incumbent is seconded to another role.This position focuses primarily on accounts payable, including : Processing invoices and data entryReconciling supplier statementsCommunicating with suppliers and internal teams on payment queriesYou will also support the finance team with : Payroll administrationBank reconciliationsGeneral accounting and administrative tasksAssisting other departments with ad-hoc support when requiredThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive team environment.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring : A sound understanding of accounting / finance principlesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA positive, "can do" attitudeExcellent organisational and time management skillsA practical, problem-solving approachExperience in accounting / finance roles (advantageous)Familiarity with Xero and Excel (preferred)Additional InformationApplicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.How to ApplyIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
