Support the Records & Information Management team at Rotorua Lakes Council with document storage, digitisation, and quality assurance.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting the operational management of offsite document storage, including stocktaking, document destruction, and quality assurance of digitised records.
- Ensuring physical and digital records are accurately aligned and maintained in the Electronic Content Management (ECM) system.
- Working within the Records & Information Management team as part of the summer Work Placement Program.
- Contributing to various and diverse projects under the guidance of experienced leaders.
- Gaining hands-on experience in local government operations.
