You'll oversee daily salesoperations, manage communications, and ensure seamless coordination acrossteams.
Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dataproficiency will be key to your success.KeyResponsibilitiesSales Team Liaison : Support sales repswith pricing queries, share resources, and ensure timely communication.Performance Monitoring : Track daily,weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.Reporting : Prepare weekly, monthly, andquarterly reports with insights to support decision-making.CRM Management : Maintain accountallocations and manage changeovers in the CRM system.Issue Resolution : Collaborate withinternal teams to resolve sales-related issues promptly.Contract & Pricing Management : Monitormargins and ensure accurate pricing for key accounts.Client Portal Management : Keep pricingupdated on hotel ordering platforms (e.g., Burch Street, Purchase Plus).
Project Support : Assist with internalprojects, events, and process improvements.What You'll BringQualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration,Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : Proven experience in administration, customerservice, or sales support roles.Familiarity with the food distribution industry isa plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMsystems (e.g., Salesforce).
