We are seeking a dedicated Precious Metals Sales and Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll be working with warm, inbound leads—customers who are already motivated and ready to invest in their financial future.

You'll play a key role in guiding them on their journey of wealth protection, ensuring that we deliver on our mission to help them succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Support : Engage with customers across a broad spectrum of wealth levels, from large investors to modest clients, offering them the knowledge and confidence they need to protect and grow their wealth.Client Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term relationships, understanding each customer's unique needs, concerns, and goals.

Our approach is a lifetime partnership, not a one-time transaction.Financial & Treasury Functions : Manage financial processes, assist with budgeting and account management, and support sales strategies with accurate financial analysis.Marketing & Administration Support : Assist with client queries, sales support, and general office tasks.

Use CRM software and Office 365 to maintain customer records and follow up on leads.Qualifications & ExperienceProven sales experience, ideally in high-value investment or finance-related products.Knowledge of current world affairs, money markets, and a genuine interest in finance, wealth management, and global politics.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients across various backgrounds.Proficiency in CRM software and Office 365.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.Why Work with Us?
