Responsibilities
Process equipment applications as part of a client-focused team.
Support external assessors, handle queries, and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Qualifications
Solid administrative experience in a busy environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems; high attention to detail; proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience with a CRM system is an advantage.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
