What will I be doing?
In your new role as a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for every guest, every time.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and a good eye for detail is necessary.
You will ensure brand service standards are met to the highest quality to ensure our guest's experience meets their expectations of the Hilton Brand.In your role you will : Be responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservationsMaximise room sales through pro-active selling techniquesDevelop and maintain relationships both internally and externallyProvide prompt and efficient service while meeting the hotels brand standardsWhat are we looking for?
