In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and in person, managing enquiries and reservations with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position that demands excellent communication and time management skills.
We are looking for both part-time and full-time fixed term team members.
Full weekend availability is essential, as the successful candidate will work across a variety of shifts between 8 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
Please note, the role is located on-site, not remote.
The roster rotates across three locations, and most shifts will finish in the late evenings.
