Overview
We’re seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences to join our dynamic administration team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and in person, managing enquiries and reservations with efficiency, accuracy, and care. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position that demands excellent communication and time management skills. We are looking for both part-time and full-time fixed term team members. Full weekend availability is essential, as the successful candidate will work across a variety of shifts between 8 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Please note, the role is located on-site, not remote. The roster rotates across three locations, and most shifts will finish in the late evenings. As a business operating year-round, reliability and flexibility are key.
