What will I be doing?
- Provide a warm and welcoming check‑in / out experience for every guest, every time
- Manage guest queries and feedback in a genuine and professional manner
- Inform our guests of all the extraordinary activities Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer
- Use influencing skills to upsell products and services to maximize sales revenues
- Bring the Light & Warmth of Hospitality to the Front Office
What are we looking for?
Minimum 6 months experience in a front office or concierge departmentExperience in a 5‑star environmentA passion for contributing to and enhancing guest experiencesIntermediate computer proficiencyWell‑presented, organised and calm personalityDedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership and teamworkFluent English essential, additional languages an advantageThrive at Hilton
