As a Senior Contact Centre & Reservations Consultant at RealNZ, you will be the go‑to person for all telephone, webchat, and email enquiries from guests and agents. Your expertise in providing exceptional service will be essential in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued customers. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of experiences that showcase the beauty of New Zealand.
You'll assist the Contact Centre & Reservations Coordinator with training and supervision of Contact Centre & Reservations Consultants, providing guidance and support around our reservations systems, maximising sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role is based in Queenstown, so applicants must reside there to be considered. The position also requires weekend work.
