Solutions Consultant in Pre-Sales at Meiro represents a pivotal role in the sales process, bridging customer needs with the capabilities of the Meiro CDP. You’ll be a strategic advisor to prospects, helping them navigate complex customer data challenges and unlocking the value of their marketing technology stack. This role requires a unique combination of data expertise and digital marketing acumen. You’ll consult on how Meiro CDP powers personalized experiences, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies. Your understanding of marketing operations, first-party data, identity resolution, and campaign execution will shape solution designs that deliver measurable business impact.

You will work closely with sales and other Meiro teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and design solutions that align with customer requirements, or educate prospects and partners on how Meiro supports key marketing outcomes such as improved targeting, customer retention, ROI and ROAS.

To thrive in this role, you should have hands-on experience with customer experience, digital marketing, CX / growth / performance marketing, and a solid understanding of customer data strategies. Experience in CDP or MarTech consulting is highly valuable.

What you can expect from the position?

  • Solution Consulting & Sales Support

Business objective : Support acquisition of new customers by securing the functional / technical win and accelerating sales cycles by effectively demonstrating product value, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring prospects have a clear path to adoption.

Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and technical needs—from data unification and identity resolution to audience segmentation and activation.

  • Consult prospects on how Meiro CDP can power personalized experiences, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities where our solution adds value.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and handle functional / technical questions / objections to secure the win.
  • Collaborate with Sales on compelling proposals and responses to RFIs / RFPs, focusing on functional / technical aspects and differentiating offers.
  • Scope and design a solution architecture and implementation roadmap.
  • Manage Proof-of-Concepts and coordinate with professional services or other teams to ensure successful evaluations.
  • Go-To-Market Content & Thought Leadership
  • Business objective : Increase market awareness and lead conversion by providing prospects with the right content, insights, and tools to move confidently through the buying journey.

    Partner with sales, product, and marketing to develop knowledge articles, case studies, whitepapers, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.

  • Assist in webinars, workshops, and industry events to generate demand and educate prospects.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to refine messaging, enhance demo scripts, and create sales enablement materials.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Business objective : Enhance customer trust and reduce churn by establishing strong relationships and ensuring prospects have a clear vision of long-term success with our solution.

    Act as a trusted advisor by guiding prospects and customers on best practices, industry trends, and implementation strategies.

  • Consult customers on Meiro CDP capabilities for personalized experiences, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT teams, and end-users.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, feature requests, and market trends.
  • Existing Client Consultation and Training
  • Business Objective : Support renewal processes and cross-sell by assisting the professional services / customer success teams.

    Review and optimize existing client usage of Meiro, grow adoption, and identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and evangelize CDP best practices.
  • Provide training sessions and develop materials to help clients maximize product features.
  • Lead client workshops, onboarding sessions, and best-practice consultations to maximize client success.
  • Partner Support
  • Business Objective : Support partners to win deals with Meiro CDP and help win new partners, increasing partners’ confidence and proficiency in representing Meiro.

    What makes you a great fit?

  • Strong grasp of customer engagement and digital marketing strategies, including hands-on experience
  • Understanding of customer data management and CDP concepts (data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, cross-device tracking, and consent)
  • Ability to map marketing objectives to CDP capabilities and data workflows (RFM, CAC, CLV, AOV, ROAS)
  • Ability to deliver tailored product demos with narrative across industries (B2B, B2C, BFSI, e-commerce, publishing / media, gaming)
  • Strong skills in objection handling, competitive positioning, and solution differentiation
  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts, APIs, and integration patterns (ETL, Python)
  • Consultative mindset with ability to act as a strategic advisor to prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset : self-motivated, curious, and able to anticipate customer needs
  • Nice to have :

  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Ability to scope and design MarTech solution architectures with technical teams
  • Understanding of customer data models, event-based tracking, and data pipelines
  • Experience supporting RFI / RFP responses with functional and technical input
  • Managing or supporting Proof-of-Concepts or pilot phases with clear success criteria
