We are looking for a lead with enthusiasm and experience to mentor, inspire and coach our Contact Centre team based in Queenstown on a full-time, permanent basis.Our Contact Centre handles inbound calls from guests and local agents, as well as emails and webchat.
You need to be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment whilst remaining personable and professional.
As the Coordinator you will have responsibility over the team, ensuring that accurate and timely confirmation for all reservation requests (including wholesale) is completed.
Working closely with the Head of Guest Services - Tourism, you will play an important part in passionately selling and promoting all things RealNZ.To be successful within this role you will : Proven leadership and coaching experienceContinuously achieve sales targets and optimise all opportunitiesBe experienced in using reservations systems, preferably FareHarborHave previous Contact Centre experienceHave excellent service and communication skills (written and verbal)Have proven success in developing excellent working relationships with sales agentsHave high accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentIf you're a lively team player who enjoys getting in and leading your team to do what's required to ensure the best experience for our guests, then we would love to hear from you!
