We have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity for somebody to join our awesome team in our office in Wanaka. Key responsibilities :

• Designing itineraries, providing quotes, booking of accommodations / transfers / tours
• Providing the highest level of service to our overseas wholesalers
• Liaising with suppliers
• Providing outstanding customer service to clients during their holidays
• Finalising itineraries and preparation of travel documents

Our ideal candidate will have :

This fixed‑term role is for 6 months to work with us over the busy summer months, with an immediate start, until the end of April 2026. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
