Imagine NZ Travel is a boutique inbound travel company specialising in tailor-made holidays in New Zealand.

We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for somebody to join our awesome team in our office in Wanaka.

Key responsibilities :

Designing itineraries, providing quotes, booking of accommodations / transfers / tours

Providing the highest level of service to our overseas wholesalers

Liaising with suppliers

Providing outstanding customer service to clients during their holidays

Finalising itineraries and preparation of travel documents

Our ideal candidate will have :

A passion for travel, in-depth knowledge of New Zealand

An 'above and beyond' approach to customer service

Experience within the New Zealand tourism industry preferred but not essential

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

You must be in New Zealand and hold NZ citizenship, residency or a current work visa valid until the end of the fixed term

This fixed-term role is for 6 months to work with us over the busy summer months, with an immediate start, until the end of April

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
