Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a premium dining or hotel environment, understanding Groups & EventsA genuine love for seasonal, local ingredients and creative menu developmentStrong team leadership with a focus on consistency, training, and kitchen cultureOperational confidence in costing, compliance, and service deliveryHigh energy, commitment to quality, and an eye for detailOn offering is a salary of $100,000 - $110,000. Initial accommodation maybe available if relocating from outside the region.
