We are looking for a passionate and experienced Café Manager to join our close-knit team for an immediate start.

Reporting directly to the owners, the Café Manager will oversee all Food & Beverage operations, with responsibility for both front-of-house leadership and the financial success of the business.
This is a hands-on role where your passion for hospitality, people leadership, and operational excellence will shine.
Key Responsibilities
Implementing and driving the café's business strategy in line with our brand vision
Leading and managing the front-of-house team, setting and maintaining exceptional service standards
Monitoring performance and developing a motivated, capable, and customer-focused team
Managing P&L, budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
Overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
Experience Required
Proven experience in implementing and driving business strategy
Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and P&L
Business management experience including team leadership, training, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to remain calm, considered, and solutions-focused under pressure
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Duty Manager's Certificate (essential) and sound knowledge of food safety regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
Professional, positive, honest, and reliable
