We are currently seeking our next Chilled and Frozen Foods Manager! This position is open to individuals who are eager to develop professionally. If you're interested in joining us as an Assistant Manager in the Chilled and Frozen Foods division with the opportunity to grow into the Manager role, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead with Purpose : Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department.
  • Drive Success : Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation.
  • Empower Your Team : Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety.
  • Customer Focused : Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.

The successful applicant will have :

  • Have the ambition to be an inspiring and effective leader
  • Have an understanding of financial KPI’s
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
  • Initiative and an eye for detail
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chilled / Frozen 2IC or a Management Role in Retail.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in SAP Ordering.
  • Strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A commitment to teamwork and a positive work culture.

    • Hours :

  • Full-time – 42.5 hours per week, with additional hours if needed.
  • Days and hours to be discussed at interview but will include one weekend day and early starts.
