The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work across The Grille by Eichardt’s and Eichardt's Bar .

You will prepare and deliver exceptional quality food and run a busy service, working either independently or as part of a team. We are looking for hard-working and dedicated kitchen professionals, with creative flair and initiative, who are committed to upholding our high-quality standards and OH&S policies.

Key responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to prepare and deliver exceptional food
  • Uphold high-quality standards of preparation and presentation through cooking techniques and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with managers and front of house team
  • Adhere to OH&S policies
  • Prepping for the following day, preserving food to OH&S standards
  • Assist with kitchen clean up at end of shift
  • As the successful candidate you will have :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Ability to work independently in the kitchen
  • Competence in managing prep and service simultaneously
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Flexibility in available hours, including late nights and early mornings
