Here at Millbrook, excellence begins the moment out guests wake up. We are currently seeking a professional, service-focussed Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our Clubhouse, where we deliver a refined and welcoming morning dining experience in our award-winning resort.

The Role

As a key member of our Food & Beverage Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless breakfast service by maintaining the highest standards of presentation, efficiency and hospitality. Your attention to detail and warm, genuine service will contribute to our guests having an excellent start to their day. We are looking for a candidate who has experience rostering and cashing up and providing overall leadership to a small team. You will work collaboratively with both kitchen and service teams to prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, serve beverages and uphold hygiene, safety and service standards at all times. This role is suited to an individual who has a genuine passion for hospitality and understands the importance of creating a welcoming and polished start to each guest's day.

Success Profile

• At least one and a half year's previous Food & Beverage service is required, preferably in breakfast service.
• High level of communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to complete administrative tasks (MS Office).
• Agilysys or similar POS system knowledge is advantageous.
• Proven ability to roster and manage a team.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Coffee making skills and knowledge are highly regarded.
• Proven ability and desire to continually provide superior customer service.
• Strong commitment to teamwork coupled with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work full time including shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Drivers Licence advantageous due to our Arrowtown location.

Location : Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours : Full time permanent (30 / 40 hours per week guaranteed)
