Team Leader – Food & Beverage

RealNZ is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Food & Beverage team in Queenstown.

Reporting to the Assistant Coordinator, you will manage a team, design floor plans, guide service flow, and handle any on-site issues to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the F&B team with confidence and energy.

Plan and execute floor layouts and service flow.

Provide training and coaching to team members.

Manage daily operational issues and ensure smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years in a supervisory hospitality role.

Well-developed barista skills and overall F&B experience.

Proven leadership and training ability.

Ideally holding a current LCQ or Duty Manager's Certificate.

Residency in Queenstown with accommodation already arranged.
