This is an integral function of our business that brings connectivity and consistency in the way we do sales across the company.This is a fixed-term, full-time, Wednesday to Sunday position to support the Reservations Team over the busy summer period Oct to March.We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and proactive individual with the ability to effectively multitask between the various responsibilities and tasks associated with the central reservations support function.You will become an expert on all products, promotions, booking systems, and customer service functions across all business units of Totally Tourism.This role is to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of all functions of Central Reservations, which includes but is not limited to :
Reservation support
Coordinating phone calls, direct, overflow, after-hours
Online live chat
Stakeholder reservations support and liaison
Administration support
Ensuring that guests experiencing our products are always provided with the highest level of quality service across all touchpoints.
