- Support seamless collaboration across teams and oversee core administrative functions including finance, payroll, HR, IT, Health and Safety, marketing and communications.
- Manage resources to enhance organisational productivity and efficiency.
- Lead the development and delivery of robust business systems and strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all business support functions.
Our Ideal Candidate
Has proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or operational leadership.Financial literacy and proficiency in budgeting and reporting; with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Strong understanding of kaupapa Māori frameworks, tikanga, and te reo Māori.Experience in health, social services, or community development and familiarity with government funding and contract management.Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills.Is committed to kaupapa Māori values and responsive to the aspirations of whānau, hapū, and iwi.Can build and maintain respectful relationships with individuals, whānau, key partners, and the community.About Us
