Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on daily performance and service levels.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Manage driver onboarding, training, auditing, and performance coaching.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee operational health and safety standards in line with legal requirements.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to business growth and service quality outcomes.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure smooth and effective business operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
