• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Broad experience in facilities, ideally although not essentially, in technical or aviation environments.
• Proven people skills with the ability to foster collaboration and high performance.
• A proactive, planned, and customer-focused mindset
• Strong understanding of contract administration, compliance, and building systems
• Commitment to Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, with a proactive approach to risk management
• Manage terminal operations and maintenance in a complex environment
• Provide daily visibility at the airport as the trusted contact for tenants and stakeholders
• Apply an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset to coordinate services
• Anticipate issues and proactively flag risks and opportunities ensuring no surprises
• Coordinate contractors and ensure service standards are met
• Prioritise health, safety, and advocate for customer-focused outcomes
