Service Delivery Manager (External)

Are you passionate about sustainability, community wellbeing, and making a real impact? Satisfy Food Rescue is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to help us bridge the gap between surplus and need.

Since 2014, Satisfy has rescued over 1,800 tonnes of edible food, redistributed the equivalent of 5 million meals, and helped reduce CO₂ emissions and water waste across North Canterbury.

We work with supermarkets, growers, and food businesses to redirect surplus food to over 50 community organisations - from food banks and schools to iwi and meal providers.

About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of our mission - connecting strategy with action, working with a fun, energetic and collaborative team to help manage our operations, and nurturing the relationships that make our work possible. You’ll :

• Lead and support our Food Collection Specialists
• Build and grow partnerships with food donors and recipient organisations
• Use data and systems to track impact and drive improvement.
• Champion our values across all parts of our organisation
• Oversee service delivery externally to ensure operational excellence
