The Opportunity

Our client is a is a trusted, multi-disciplinary drilling company serving New Zealand and the Pacific for over 75 years. Based in Southbridge Canterbury, they are seeking a highly experienced maintenance technician or diesel mechanic with a fabrication background. You’ll be hands-on with our drilling equipment, leading a small team, and contributing to the smooth operation of our fleet.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Repair and maintain drilling equipment
Fabricate custom components
Lead a small team of technicians
Oversee contractors
Contribute to management meetings
Champion health & safety

What We Offer

$42 - $45 per hour

Guaranteed 40 - 45 hour work week

Southbridge location with a daily shuttle from Hornby
