JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic Maintenance Crew members to join the team at McDonald's.

A maintenance employee is primarily focused on the cleanliness of the restaurant (internally and externally) and preparing the restaurant for trade each day.

We operate 24 hours, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

Days and hours may vary to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Your keys to success :

Well-presented, friendly, and organized with a high level of attention to detail

Able to work autonomously

Available to work early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade

Able to complete the physical requirements of the role, including mopping, scrubbing, climbing ladders, and cleaning windows and toilets

Full working rights in New Zealand are required

Tasks & Responsibilities

Maintain all aspects of the internal and external restaurant environment to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming space for crew, managers, and customers

Ensure equipment functions properly and the environment is safe and secure

Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio, and all exterior equipment, including bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables, and chairs

Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant, including the staff toilets and surrounding areas

Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or maintenance is not required but advantageous.
