Narrowbody Planning Christchurch has an opportunity for someone to join their Team on a 6-month Fixed Term basis.

This role is one that will appeal to you if you enjoy managing end to end processes and have an organised and methodical approach.

If you have a goal of lifting your communication skills, expanding your planning knowledge and gaining project management experience, we would like to hear from you.

The key requirement for this role is to be able to see the bigger picture and work towards it.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the efficient planning and co-ordination of maintenance work scopes as well as the resource requirements for aircraft visits through to completion.

Monitoring and reviewing the maintenance requirements and work scopes to ensure that your checks are achieved within the budget and within the time frame given.

Requirements

Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance experience

A strong background in project management

You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to cope under pressure managing various tasks at once and using initiative.

You will be someone who has strong communication skills, can oversee multiple tasks and be required to provide post product / WIP analysis, reporting and invoicing support as required.

Additional Qualifications

Planning experience

SAP and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse and identify workload trends.

An ability and willingness to learn new software applications.

Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
