We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Business Operations Manager to lead our multi-site operations across Aotearoa.

Reporting to the General Manager - Seafood, you'll drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and cultural confidence.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of seafood operations while honouring te ao Maori values.

Develop and execute a high-impact operations strategy

Lead and coach plant and depot managers across sites

Optimise supply chain, compliance, and contractor performance

Champion sustainability, climate resilience, and innovation

Align operations with Ngai Tahu values and cultural aspirations

Proven leadership in food production or supply chain operations

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Experience in project delivery and process improvement

Cultural awareness and commitment to te ao Maori

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

Tertiary qualification in business, operations, or related field
