Mercury is seeking a dynamic Capability & Change Lead to join our Transformation Capability and Change team. As a strategic partner to Senior Leaders, youll help shape and drive enterprise-wide transformation by turning strategic priorities into actionable change and capability uplift. Collaboration is key—youll bring people along the journey, fostering alignment and momentum.
youll design and deliver strategies across priority portfolios, embedding sustainable ways of working and building capability for ongoing evolution. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, supported by strong relationships across enabling teams. Youll also play a pivotal role as a culture catalyst—championing the mindsets, behaviours, and systems that enable lasting change and organisational agility.
There is flexibility for this role to be based in Auckland, Hamilton or Rotorua.
