What you will be doingReporting to the Business Enterprise Support and Engineering Manager, you help accelerate Tower's strategy by owning our capability framework.This is a hands-on role balancing technical delivery, mentoring and coaching, as well as investigation and research into new tools and methodologies to raise the capabilities of the practice.Dive into the heart of your responsibilities : Governing and developing the framework to ensure that we continuously improve our ability to understand the customer impact of a change while delivering safely, swiftly and better.Be a liaison for teams that sit outside of the squad / practice model building relationships across both the technical and non-technical sides of TowerYou will be spending time in this leadership style role and on the tools defining and ensuring the highest standards across the practice.Working with CXO and Platform Delivery Lead as a Key stakeholder to ensure QualityFull cross squad awareness - what work is going on, what state is it in, how it all fits together.
