About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Technical Change Managers to lead the delivery of transformative initiatives in AI, advanced analytics, and data.
These 12-month contracts will focus on embedding new technologies into complex environments, ensuring seamless adoption, and driving measurable impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical change initiatives within AI, data, and analytics programmes.
Develop and implement robust change management strategies and frameworks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to maximise impact.
Support leadership with transparent reporting and measurable outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in technical change management within complex organisations.
Knowledge of AI, data, and advanced analytics environments is a plus but not essential.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale change projects.
Familiarity with Agile and modern delivery methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
