We're looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish, while coordinating timelines and optimising workflows for maximum efficiency.The RoleAs a Technical Project Manager at Leonardo.Ai, you'll drive the day-to-day management of digital projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and at high quality.

You'll ensure clear communication, set expectations, and adapt to a fast-moving environment to keep projects on track.This role will sit with the Enterprise Squad, whose mission is to support customers with bespoke solutions and enhancements.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Timeline Management : Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery.Cross-Functional Team Coordination : Act as the liaison between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, facilitating collaboration to maintain momentum and keep all teams informed on project status and next steps.Scope and Requirements Management : Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the project scope remains clear and achievable.Quality Assurance and Testing Coordination : Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, organise test sessions, and verify deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and UI / UX standards.Release and Rollout Planning : Develop, manage, and communicate release plans, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and readiness across departments.Stakeholder Communication and Reporting : Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.Standup Facilitation and Meeting Management : Lead daily standups, project check-ins, and other meetings, ensuring that each session is efficient and actionable, with clear priorities and next steps for the team.Task Management and Prioritization : Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritisation based on business objectives and timelines.Documentation and Transparency : Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress.UX / UI and Final Review : Collaborate with the design team to review and approve UX / UI deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements and preparing presentations for final sign-offs.Drive Company Culture : Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

Lead squad delivery with a focus on alignment with our values.Skills and ExperienceA genuine interest in Generative AI : Familiarity with image generation AI technologies and tools such as Automatic1111, ComfyUI or similar open-source platforms.Technical Project Management Experience : Proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.Leadership and Team Development : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad.Technical Proficiency : Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills : Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.Attention to Detail in UX / UI : Knowledge of UX / UI best practices, with an ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables.Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills : Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, with a focus on proactively identifying and addressing project risks and roadblocks.If you're a results-oriented project manager who enjoys streamlining digital workflows and coordinating complex projects in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
