We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major technology transformation programme.

Reporting into senior leadership and embedded within the Programme, you'll play a key role in supporting a large number of employees through significant change.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver change plans

Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure organisation-wide readiness

Partner with BAs and project teams to confirm impacts and align solutions

Lead comms and training to build awareness and adoption

About you

Proven experience delivering large-scale, technology-driven change

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Background in ERP / CRM or similar transformation programmes

Confident communicator with a structured, outcomes-focused mindset
