About the role

As an IT Change Specialist , you’ll take ownership of the change control process, ensuring all information system changes are properly assessed, tested and implemented with minimal disruption. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure, Applications and external partners to keep critical systems safe, reliable, and effective.

In this role you will :

• Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure all stakeholders are engaged.
• Own and manage the change management process, tools, and platforms .
• Establish and oversee robust testing and approval processes .
• Coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders to minimise risk.
• Continuously improve change management practices while maintaining compliance and security.
