About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Practice Lead – Change Management to champion transformation and embed change-ready capability across our organisation.

In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with leaders to shape the future of our business — guiding how change is led and sustained, further building and embedding best practice change management for the Society. You’ll build enterprise-wide capability, empowering people to adapt, grow, and thrive through change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation by developing and mentoring high-performing change management professionals, to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
• Champion change management methodologies, embedding best-practice standards and scalable change capability across the organisation.
• Inspire teams with energy, clarity, and purpose — fostering resilience and focus through change, even when resources are limited.
• Communicate with confidence and authenticity, engaging stakeholders and end users to build trust, incorporate feedback, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
• Prioritise initiatives for impact, ensuring the team is focused on what matters most to deliver sustainable change.
