Overview
Change Manager - Fixed Term Contract – Location : Auckland, New Zealand (Hybrid). Start Date : Immediate start.
What You\'ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, focusing on business process change, stakeholder readiness, and communications.
- Identify and engage with all affected stakeholder groups to confirm business process impacts and align solution requirements.
- Raise awareness and communicate project updates to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of what is happening and when.
- Identify and escalate any unacceptable business risks.
- Plan and facilitate overall project communications, collaborating with key team members to draft and present materials.
- Coordinate training needs analysis and input into training design, assessing the effectiveness of training on change readiness.
Experience & Background
Proven experience in a dedicated Change Management role.Demonstrable experience developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans.Strong skills in stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication.Experience in business process analysis and aligning solutions with business requirements.Proficiency in planning and facilitating project-wide communications.Experience with training needs analysis and coordinating training efforts.Beneficial Skills
Experience working within a public sector or similar large organization.SAP and Salesforce experience preferredFamiliarity with large-scale system exit or migration projects.Strong risk identification and escalation skills.How to apply
