Overview

Change Manager - Fixed Term Contract – Location : Auckland, New Zealand (Hybrid). Start Date : Immediate start.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, focusing on business process change, stakeholder readiness, and communications.
• Identify and engage with all affected stakeholder groups to confirm business process impacts and align solution requirements.
• Raise awareness and communicate project updates to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of what is happening and when.
• Identify and escalate any unacceptable business risks.
• Plan and facilitate overall project communications, collaborating with key team members to draft and present materials.
• Coordinate training needs analysis and input into training design, assessing the effectiveness of training on change readiness.
