Job descriptionProven experience in technical change management within complex organisations. Knowledge of AI, data, and advanced analytics environments is a plus but not essential. About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Technical Change Managers to lead the delivery of transformative initiatives in AI, advanced analytics, and data. These 12-month contracts will focus on embedding new technologies into complex environments, ensuring seamless adoption, and driving measurable impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical change initiatives within AI, data, and analytics programmes.
- Develop and implement robust change management strategies and frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to maximise impact.
- Support leadership with transparent reporting and measurable outcomes.
