Creative Content Specialist
We are seeking a Creative Content Specialist who possesses strong technical skills, creative vision, and excellent execution ability. This role requires an individual who can follow directions carefully, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver polished, brand-aligned content.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Photography
Plan, shoot, and produce video and photo content for campaigns, events, social media, and brand use.
Manage lighting, sounds and camera setups for professional-quality production.
Direct on-set shoots and ensure brand consistency in all visual storytelling.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit raw footage into engaging videos with smooth pacing, transitions, and compelling storytelling.
Add suitable sound design, background music, colour correction, and motion graphics (animation, etc.) where required.
Graphic Design & Print Collaterals
Create marketing collateral, including social media posts, digital ads, brochures, banners, and other creative assets.
Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all creative materials.
Prepare and deliver accurate final artwork files, liaising with vendors to maintain quality and timely output.
Content Management
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaign concepts.
Organise and manage a structured library of digital assets for efficient usage.
Stay updated with creative trends, tools, editing techniques, and design best practices.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of videography and photography equipment (cameras, lighting, audio).
Skilled in video editing, motion graphics, colour grading, and visual storytelling.
Understanding of composition, typography, and communication design.
Familiarity with design terms and principles.
Familiarity with print specifications (CMYK, RGB, bleed, resolution, file formats).
Creative & Professional Skills
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
High proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to create clear, polished, and professional communication across content.
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and deliver consistent, high-quality output.
Strong storytelling and design skills for both static and video content.
Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
