DESIGNATION : Producer, Chinese Growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package breaking news, daily updates, and special reports into short-form videos and social graphics for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Telegram
• Conceptualise, build data driven content, create news explainers and highlight videos to help audiences understand key issues
• Curate each social media channel (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram) to maintain a consistent editorial voice, optimize platform-specific strategies, and develop new IPs (series, franchises, or formats) to deepen audience engagement
• Monitor platform trends and adapt content formats to strengthen reach and engagement
• Support large-scale news events such as General Election, National Day Parade, National Day Rally etc with timely and impactful social coverage
• Collaborate with editors, reporters, and video teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in digital news storytelling
• Work under tight deadlines to publish content quickly and accurately
