RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyse digital data (web, app, and social) to measure performance of content and campaigns
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting audience trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Recommend data-driven actions to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion across platforms
Brand Outreach & Event Activation
Plan and execute brand-building events such as community roadshows, panel discussions, and school talksCollaborate with PR and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and measure impact on audience growthDigital Marketing & Campaign Amplification
Plan, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and content boostsLiaise with agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor spend, and report on ROISupport amplification of tentpole campaigns (e.g. SG60, GE2025, Olympics) across all touchpointsSEO & SEM Strategy
Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic for 8world.comConduct keyword research, advise on search-friendly headlines, tagging, and internal linkingRun and optimise SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted trafficInnovation & Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with Product, Tech, Editorial and Growth teams to roll out new tools, workflows, and experimentsStay updated on competitor activities and digital media trends to keep NCA Chinese ahead of the curveQUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, audience growth, or brand strategyProven track record in executing data-driven campaigns and boosting audience engagement across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google platformsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO / SEM optimisationExperience in content amplification, paid campaigns, and brand or event activationCollaborative, creative, and adaptable team player with a passion for digital media innovation#J-18808-Ljbffr
