Our growth continues with recent acquisitions and expansion into new service areas, making this an exciting time to join. We’re now looking for a Business Manager to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition and delivering valuable solutions to organisations across the UK.

The Role

As a Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and driving new client acquisitions. You’ll combine a proactive approach to lead generation with a consultative sales style, ensuring WorkNest solutions meet the unique needs of every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to drive new business.
  • Proactively promoting WorkNest services and attending face-to-face meetings with decision makers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local and national partners for lead generation.
  • Attending networking and partner events to expand business opportunities.
  • Generating your own sales opportunities through referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospect engagement through to contract closure.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting of sales activity using Salesforce CRM.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • About You

    We’re looking for a confident and motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment. You’ll bring energy, credibility, and resilience, with the ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals effectively.

    You Will Also Have

  • Proven success in a field-based sales role, consistently exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • A proactive, self-starting approach to generating business
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar)
  • Experience selling multiple B2B products and services
  • Professional services, HR, employment law, or SaaS sales experience (desirable)
