Role Summary

Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships? As a Business Adviser Manager, you’ll use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely, high-quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business / commercial applications. You’ll work closely with our adviser partners to structure lending solutions that meet customer needs.

Your ability to guide and support credit applications will help manage expectations and ensure a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank. If you're passionate about delivering credit solutions and enjoy fostering professional partnerships, this role is for you.

You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment, so you’ll need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.
