Regional Distribution Manager

OverviewJoin to apply for the Regional Distribution Manager role at Goodman Fielder New Zealand.About the RoleGoodman Fielder has New Zealand's fifth largest supply chain and we are looking for a Regional Distribution Manager to join our team to help us fulfil our customer promise by supporting the high-performance of our last-mile Distributor network.

This role is based in Auckland with monthly travel to Northland and Waikato.ResponsibilitiesOwn the relationships with the Distributor primarily and other stakeholders for your geographic region to align on performance, compliance, and safetyEnable the growth of sales through our Distributor network through availability of product and service standardsEnsure Distributor compliance with internal, regulatory and customer quality and food safety requirementsDrive continuous improvement projects to improve standards and drive a balanced culture of performance and serviceAbout You / RequirementsIn order to make this role a success, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a history of strong relationship management skillsets with a solid understanding of Supply Chain or Logistics management.

Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include : Experience in supply chain management, with experience in 3rd Party ManagementThe ability to build trust through great relationship management with the ability to drive performanceA formal qualification in Supply Chain would be beneficial but not essentialExperience with Transport Management Systems would be usefulNote : This is an Auckland-based role with monthly travel to Northland and Waikato.What we can offerYou will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
