What You'll Be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind?
In this role, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers.
Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customers' experience being just average or an exceptional one.
Interacting in both written and verbal communication this role focuses on providing exceptional customer experience, resolving customer inquiries and vehicle concerns in a timely fashion.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Support inbound customer queries in a contact center style environment
Communicate resolution / information to customers in a confident and knowledgeable manner
Ensure all customer records are maintained with current information and accurate details relating to concerns raised
Respond to queries through written and verbal communication
Lead the resolution of customer complaints, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Investigate and recommend levels of financial assistance for customer claims
What You Bring To The Role
2 years or more of Customer Service experience (face to face or over the phone)
Completed a High School Certificate
Communicate verbally and in written form to an above average standard
Preferably, has either completed or is currently studying a tertiary qualification or equivalent in a consumer / customer contact field
Provide clear, professional and accurate written responses to customers when requested, using standard letters where appropriate and email
Advanced organizational and concern resolution skills
