In-Field Customer Service Representative (Driver / Equipment Installer)

Our In-Field Customer Service (Driver / Equipment Installer) team is Invacare's front-line link to Rentals customers. We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to service clients in Auckland. You will deliver and install Invacare equipment into patients\' homes, and uninstall and collect equipment to return to our base in Mount Wellington.

You will be an energetic, people person with a strong desire to help others. Key responsibilities include :

  • Deliver and install Invacare equipment into patients\' homes
  • Uninstall and collect equipment and return it to the base in Mount Wellington
  • Plan and execute delivery / collection routes with minimal backtracking
  • Maintain safe and accurate handling of equipment

You will need :

  • A full, clean Class 1 driver\'s licence
  • The ability to cope well under pressure and stay patient in Auckland traffic
  • Reliability and organization to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to obtain Hep A & B vaccinations
  • Great physical fitness; the role is physically demanding and involves heavy lifting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to pass criminal conviction check and drug and alcohol testing
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals

    Hours and schedule : 40 hours per week, starting at 7 : 30am, Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional Mondays, overtime and rostered on-call work.
