We have 20 clinics nationwide and consider customer service to be the single most important aspect of our business.About the role : This is a fulltimeposition working Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) based from our Takapuna clinic, and covering other clinic's as required.

The role is fast paced, varied, including front desk responsibilities, greeting all our customers, scheduling of appointments, handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales, alongside conducting basic hearing screening.

A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.If you enjoy working in a friendly, customer focused environment, can think on your feet, are an excellent multi-tasker, and most importantly interested in helping our customers, thiscould be the position for you!
