Pirtek New Zealand are looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Join the dynamic team at Pirtek New Zealand Limited as a Technical Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position based in East Tamaki, Auckland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients across New Zealand.

What you'll be doing :

• Respond to incoming calls and enquiries from our Pirtek Franchises and Customers,
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Troubleshoot issues and offer innovative solutions
• Provide advice and guidance on Pirtek's products and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve the Customer Service function
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value
